A feeling of expectation and desire for a certain thing to happen.

HEBREWS 11:1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for ,the evidence of things not seen. [NKJV]

It makes no sense , sounds like foolishness. However I want to give the simplest example of what it is and can be. If you work , you are hoping, having faith that when payday comes , you will get paid, even though you have not seen the check! That is faith and hope working together ladies and gentlemen. not only that I’m sure you are declaring I better get paid! lol 

Hope is important, it gives you something to look forward to. Something to hold on to and something to work for. We need to keep hope alive. Hope inspires faith, encourages you to believe. Hope is like striking a match to light a fire . It brings a glimmer of light. Hope ignites a passion, a dream , a goal, a purpose , a vision. 

psalm 38:15 For in you, O Lord, I hope, You will hear , O lord my God. [NKJV]

Hope leads you somewhere, so make sure the direction of your hope is going to a destination that will bring the best for you. Let it lead you to become the best you, remember no one else in the entire galaxy or universe  is like you. God only made one of you, so take care of you. You are rare, unique and almost extinct . You are a special precious jewel ,only one of it’s kind and value. Only God can afford you and chose to pay the full and highest price. He got no discounts or refunds , laid it all down , fully paid.

To him, you were worth the price tag [life] . He is hoping you will be his.

I’m hoping to stay his for life . I’m hoping to finish this race , on my way to him, to see him at the finish line . I’m hoping to see many others finish too. We can finish the race , we can do well, we can help each other all the way to the end. I hope we never quit but continue to spur one another on with love.
